I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, where food was more than just sustenance—it was a connection to culture, family, and community. My earliest memories are in the kitchen, cooking for my mother and sister, discovering the joy of creating something that brought people together.
My Story
The passion that was fortified in my family kitchen took me to Paul Smith’s College, where I honed my skills and pursued a career in the culinary arts. I started my journey as an executive chef in Lake Placid, crafting dishes in a luxury resort setting. From there, I expanded my expertise in Saratoga Springs, working in corporate and healthcare settings, where I developed a deep appreciation for nutrition and the personal impact of a well-prepared meal.

Through every chapter of my career—whether in restaurants, resorts, or teaching culinary arts to the next generation—I realized my true calling. I wanted to break the idea that elevated dining was only for a select few. I created The LAN Chef to bring exceptional meals, personalized service, and unforgettable culinary experiences to everyone.
